Please ensure the product you return for warranty is always packed in its original packaging. Please note that returning the product without its original packaging can void the warranty.

Warranty repairs will only be returned at our expense if they have been supplied in their original packaging.

Warranty claims can only be processed if the serial number of the unit in question is mentioned on the purchase invoice.
